Q: Is there a waiting list? A: Yes, you can add your details to the waiting list for the sold out event you would like to attend and we will contact you in the event of extra tickets becoming available.
Q: Can you accommodate people with certain dietary requirements? A: We have a standard menu which includes, meat, fish and diary and a Vegan which excludes all of these. We do not allow swapping between these menus as they are set to standard or vegan. However, we can provide gf or nut free versions. We provide halal meat at our partnering venues.
Q: Do you offer collaborations? A: Yes, if they are the right fit! Just head to our contacts page and email us with your details and in what capacity you would like to collaborate with us.
Q: Do you offer refunds? A: We do not offer refunds on our ticketed events.
Q: Are your venues wheelchair accessible? A: Yes, our venue at Haus217 is wheelchair accessible.
